In reply to: [Split Test For Elementor] Conversion Tracking is not working, always 0Hi,
i can see that you use WPOptimize. That cacheing plugin pervents the tracking. In order for this to work you will need a paid subscription of our plugin. You can find it here:
https://www.rocketelements.io/pricing/
Every subscription will include the needed pro version of the plugin.

In reply to: [Split Test For Elementor] Problems when displaying videosHi,
that for sure must be an issue with css and the containers your plugin uses. Normally we would suggest to do the “padding bottom” hack in order to fix this.
Also in terms of setting the test up. You might not e.x. test the widget but apply the test to a container. That might help.
If that does not apply to you is there any chance to get a page that only contains the videos in order for our devs to look at?

In reply to: [Split Test For Elementor] Is this plugin dead?Hi @focustc
Thank you for your message. The cache buster feature does not “simply bust” the cache. It does change the way the plugin is tracking and testing in regards to the setup cache. That means that (most of the time) you will get the performance benefits of a cache if a test is running.
And this plugin is not dead. We actively develop and fix also fix bugs.

In reply to: [Split Test For Elementor] One Variant gets more clicksHi @wintofo,
actually we would need some more information on what is actually going on what e.x. the test setup looks like.
The overall click numbers can diverge since e.x. some adblockers block the tracking of (e.x.) clicks / sales to improve privacy for the users. For this plugin is not that easy for adblockers to block the tracking. Even more if think most developers of adblockers are even not aware of this plugin.
Returning users are not counted twice except they are deleting the split test related cookies.

In reply to: [Split Test For Elementor] Conversions not showingHello,
there are a lot of reason why this might not work. The first question would be if you have the right number of views on the test. If that is the case only the conversion tracking is the problem. At best you might post the link of the conversion page here in order for us to see what the actual problem is.
It might be that you have a cache plugin installed or using a caching service. In that case you will need the pro version in order for this to work.

In reply to: [Split Test For Elementor] Conversions not showingHi Jess,
we are currently in contact via mail. Please see the response there.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Split Test For Elementor] What is the mechanism to track?Yes we have a set of cookies all starting with “elementor_split_test”. If these plugins are missing it could be that some sort of caching is preventing our plugin to work. If that is the case please buy your pro version that can handle caches from here: https://www.rocketelements.io/

In reply to: [Split Test For Elementor] Where is support? As far as i can see you support was actively writing with you to solve the issue you described. Sadly you after some back and forth you did you respond anymore. As you seem to be still interested for this to be solved we would kindly ask you to provide the information we asked for (e.x. screenshots of the test setup).
We can not find any tickets with you name on it inside our ticket system. If you provide us with your email address we would search for your issue and would be glad to help you with that.
After all we can say that support for this plugin is not abandoned
