Just been checking this, and seem to be narrowing down the issue:
• Test emails from ‘Emails > Provider > AWS’ and send and received
• Test emails from ‘Email > TEMPLATES > all options are logged as sent in Auth0 logs, but not received
(in the try screen email shows as successfully send, email in logs)
ACTIONS
• Reset templates to defaults
• Re-tried test emails
= Still no test emails received
