Had this issue too;
To fix it, go to LiteSpeed Cache > Cache and disable the Cache REST API calls.
Also, @qtwrk you won’t be able to reproduce it locally, you need to run a DigitalOcean instance ( for example ) with OLS and OLS Cache enabled.
