@jeherve I have just talked to Locaweb support and explained the issue we are facing, they understand that there is a problem, and have asked you to speak to them through this email: [email protected]
Also, i opened a support ticket about this issue, asking them to not ignore your contact and warning them that you will get in touch using the email [email protected]
I hope you guys can solve this issue, since Locaweb is one of the biggest hosting companies in Brazil.

Any update about this? I have the same problem with all my Locaweb sites. And i don’t know why.
