It seems i was confused by differences in version information for this plugin in my installation.

In my list of add-ins I see the following:

Form Maker Pro
Activate | Delete

whereas if I go into the “View Details” I see:

The thing that strikes me most now is that you talk about version 2.13.50 and I only see 1.13.50

Also I just saw that I payed for the plugin (2014), so I assume I’m still entitled to support?
