Thanks for your help! I’ve removed them by hand.

After looking at the values of these meta keys it turns out that smush-info is created by WP-Optimize, and smush-stats is created by re-smush-it, so sorry to have bothered you!

Thanks for the clear instructions! I followed them, and some of the entries are now gone from the wp_postmeta table, but the following keys still exist:
- smush-marked (1)
- wp-smush-ignore-bulk (2)
- smush-stats (4990)
- smush-info (5178)
- smush-complete (5178)
Should these have also been removed? If not, I know how to remove them manually, I’m just not sure if it’s safe to do so.
