Yes it’s really weird, i just tried with my account it doesn’t work but with your account support it’s working :s

Do you have an idea why it’s like this ?

I wish I could use my account

I talk about this page, the page builder page, but me it’s a white page from 3 hours :s

Yes i have re-install the theme in a first time, i have re-install wordpress to but nothing change. I have the latest version of the theme.

Yes and i’m awaiting the answer, but I thought maybe you’d have a solution beacause it’s a very big problem as you can imagine :s
