In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Paypal Plugun crashesAs of now, the plugin is not functioning at all, which is particularly frustrating considering it is the only one among many that is experiencing issues such as yours.
After conducting thorough research through various online forums, I have come across numerous reports from other users facing similar problems with this plugin. The lack of a timely resolution from your team raises serious concerns about the reliability and quality of the product you offer.
Furthermore, it is unreasonable to expect users to deactivate other functioning plugins to accommodate a malfunctioning one. I strongly recommend that either the PayPal plugin be made compatible with current web standards or be removed entirely, as its current state renders it practically useless.
We are in the process of exploring alternative platforms, as spending countless hours trying to diagnose and repair malfunctioning plugins is not sustainable for our business. Our customers expect a working, easy-to-use payment option, not one that fails. Losing customers is not part of our business plan.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Paypal Plugun crashesI have more information that may help.
I deactivated all plugins except the ones necessary to make the theme work correctly. Problem is very intermittent with Chrome and Firefox desktop and always shows an error with Edge. Using the mobile Firefox browser with a Samsung A16 phone, the failure is 100% of the time. But after the error message appears, if I click the Paypal button again, then the plugin works fine. There have been a couple instances with Firefox I saw the error something like “Recaptcha token not found“. I do see the Recaptcha banner in the bottom right corner of the page, however when I press F12 I can see the error messages and they are indicating a Recaptcha issue. I have added and readded the keys numerous times with the same result. Recaptcha is enabled on the Paypal plugin setting page. When time I open the page I see a comment I need to add Recaptcha. All of this is happening with caching plugins deactivated and cache cleared. By the way when Paypal does load on the page the Recaptcha icon is in the bottom corner as mentioned but there is no box to chek mark “I am not a robot.” Thank you for your help.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Paypal Plugun crashesHello,
I believe the issue may be caused by Recaptcha. I have entered v2 and v3 keys several times, enabled and didn’t work. I deleted keys and generated new ones same issue. Eackh time I open the Paypal plugin settings I see a request to enable Recaptcha whick I have tried numerous times. Not sure aht to do?
Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Paypal Plugun crashesI was able to isolate the problem to the Nitropak plugin. Should I add anything in the settings to fix the issue? Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Paypal Plugun crashesSwitching to a default theme could alter or remove custom settings with the theme etc I’m using now. It’s not worth the time it would take to restore my site back to working order. I will delete the Paypal plugin.

You mentioned recaptcha in your last post. I did not have it setup but I do now. Unfortunately the problem still exists. I did clear cache. Thanks.

In reply to: [Easy Updates Manager] Easy updates manager not workingBoth websites are using the same server, same plugins, same woocommerce version. Both sites are identical other than the URL. One site Easy Updates is working. one is not. As I stated in a previously unanswered message please provide an email so I
can send website health information. Thank you.
