I tried changing the theme to a default wordpress theme and indeed the calendar reappeared!
Honestly, it is very rare that only 1 time it works for me with my theme!
I will review your documentation and if there is anything else you can suggest, I would appreciate it.I have another question, is the premium version compatible with any woocommerce payment or only paypal?
