After clicking the “Download New Reviews” button, it becomes disabled (greyed out), I can not click it again. A message appears indicating that the option will be available again in X days.
Thanks for your help! The new reviews are now displaying on the website. In a couple of weeks, I’ll try using “Download new reviews,” and hopefully everything will work smoothly then.
