This is the full message:
Your site could not complete a loopback request
Loopback requests are used to run scheduled events, and are also used by the built-in editors for themes and plugins to verify code stability.
The loopback request returned an unexpected http status code, 403, it was not possible to determine if this will prevent features from working as expected.
We are having the same issue on our install, everything up to date and we get this error on the /wp-admin/admin.php?page=bp_registration_options_member_requests page

I can deal with that, but you might want to take a look when you have time. As long as there is only one album per page, it seems to work fine.
