Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, and thanks for testing the scenario. After my last reply, we found another plugin that has the same issue with updates on the website in question. It seems the problem was actually within our environment, not with the Koko Analytics plugin.Hi and thanks response!
On the problem sites, the plugin does not show that there is available updates and disabling other plugins did not affect this.Currently it seems that the multisites where the plugin is active on main site are finding updates, but not the sites where the plugin is only active on one of the other sites in the network.
For example in the site that is linked to this topic, the plugin is only active on one subsite that is under a subdomain of the main site’s domain. The license for the plugin is linked to this subdomain and not the main site’s domain.@dvankooten the problem was from using older version of Koko Analytics Pro.
