Thanks for that answer, but this “REPLY TO” default setting makes a big difference to us as it gets recipients to answer to the WP administrator’s email, instead of the manager’s email address..
Why would the sent mails have a “REPLY TO” set to admin instead of the “FROM” in the first place?If possible, could you put this on the TODO list for BD hooks & snippets?

Thank you but, as I mentionned above (2 days ago), I was trying to modify the “REPLY TO” line, not the “FROM” line whenever BD is sending an automatic email.
Reason is: the “reply to” is set to admin email instead of our mailer email, whereas the “from” is fine and set to our regular mailer email..
Any other snippet for that?Thanks

I successfully signed up to Brevo SMTP services, I am also using WP mail SMTP as a plugin on my WP. I did tick the “Force from” feature on WP mail SMTP, so that mails are being sent from the new contact@ [my website] address.
IN BD, I tried to send Access Keys to myself, thru the Access Key feature in the Directory Content. I ticked my own listing… and received the Access Key infos. 🙂
But I noticed that the “Reply to” email address displays the admin’ email address, not the one I mentioned above!
Is that normal? Isn’t BD supposed to use WP Mail SMTP settings for that “Reply to” address?Thanks

By the way:
Some email addresses are not going thru. Some servers seem to be willing to receive my mails sent thru WP Mail SMTP but some others don’t !
What to do to make all (or most of) my mails to reach their recipients?thanks

Hello,
I found my answer: the “force from name” and “force from email” had to be ticked in order for my authenticated mail (domain) to deliver those BD mails!
Now, this raises a new question: Is this “Force from email” feature overiding all the other email SMTP processes thru my website? ie: the woocommerce emailing procedures or a possible Mailchimp setup.. ?Thanks a bunch

Hello,
I did install WP mail SMTP,
went thru the Brevo set up, did the Authentication for my website http://www.biokineticshealthsystem-com. Managed to do the email test featured in WP mail SMTP, but when trying a page such as https://biokineticshealthsystem.com/business-directory/?wpbdp_view=login&listing_id=9491&redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fbiokineticshealthsystem.com%2Fbusiness-directory%2F%3Fwpbdp_view%3Dedit_listing%26listing_id%3D9491 where our listed folks can get an email to request an access key, NO email seem to be sent to our listings!
What am I missing here?

I tried to implement some pdf (as a premium PDF Embeder user) to see if issues are still happening thru a simple COLIBRI Theme editor (instead of having 2 editors like in the previous issue) and… problems still occur there: https://biokineticshealthsystem.com/resources/
No fullscreen possibility, no zoom in/out, no page skipping….
I have a delegate access for this website, and the owner won’t be able to forward me the wp-pdf.com login details within a week… Could you please pass on this issue to the wp-pdf.com support?

Nothing seems to change upon deactivationg Solid Security Plugin.
No other optimization/ Clean up plugin is installed (so I think)
This FULLSCREEN feature is not functional on a page like this one https://biokineticshealthsystem.com/event/bio-kinetics-health-system-seminar-bern-switzerland2/ whether viewing it on laptop or smartphone
The same feature IS working fine on a page like this: https://biokineticshealthsystem.com/professionals/ if seen on a laptop, but NOT working on a smartphone.
So, what to do from here? Could it be a theme issue? How to address this please? This is a pro website, and such a “Fullscreen “feature is a bit important to us. We just paid the premium version, and there are also other issues, but that’s for later…
