The dropdown of categories does not happen when adding a FAQ. I have to type in the entire category name and if I make a mistake in typing, then I have a new category.
I am trying to build a website in which a non-computer person can add/edit FAQs. Your plug-in is too complicated in its execution of the add/edit functions. That’s what I meant by “it doesn’t work right”. Make it easy for people and they will use your product.

In reply to: [Helpie FAQ — Accordion, Docs & Knowledge Base] Helpie stops media uploadI was waiting for a response from another plug-in that may have caused the problem and they responded that they could duplicate the error using your plug-in and PHP 8. I am now going to update WordPress to 5.8 and see if that solves the issue. If it does not, then I will create a support ticket.
The error did not reappear, so yes that worked. Thank you.
