I took a look again and realized that my google drive wasn’t connected properly to store the back up file. I disconnected it and reconnected it and now the backup worked! Sorry to waste your time, but appreciate your willingness to help people out!

I had contacted my host and had some help a few days ago, but have just emailed them again for further assistance.
I do need to update my PHP! There was an attempt to update it by my host, but it didn’t work and I am trying to update it myself, but it’s not working — I think because of the old themes/plugins. And I can’t get those updated….so I’m in a bind! But hopefully the host can help me move forward.
I’ll close this out and hope to not have to come back here, though I’m not going to hold my breath 🙂
I’m having this issue as well with the free version. I am curious if the pro version will work with 4.5.2? Are there plans for this? Please let us know.
