I am using Astra. I found comment_form and duplicated it, but I dont see were I should be editing the php to call the duplicated file using comment_form(array(‘action’ => ‘/blahblah.php’));

Does anyone know where in this solution I am supposed to change where the comment form is pulled from? Is it in the theme script or the DCO plugin script? If so, where exactly? Sorry for the annoyance, but that thread has closed.
