When you say ‘My office’? Do you mean to state that you are the owner of the company, the owner of the website? Or, are you, like the developer, an employee of the company?
If you are the owner, the employer, then what does his/her contract with you stipulate?
If you are also an employee like the developer, what does your contact say about your access level?As said, this is corporate legal action between the website owner, you, and the developer.
