I am facing some issue on the flow, when add to cart the cart slides out but the item is not showing in cart. If I go to cart page it is there and seems there are some delay? Also on the next round of adding to cart, the cart didnt appear.
I have perfmatters installed, and woocommerce cart fragments disabled. Or are you referring to another fragment?

you can see on the second and third section, where the second is using section, and the third is using container. It did not stretch the background color.
