    Thanks Phil.

I did think it was a Stripe problem rather than the plugin. Unfortunately Stripe seem to think the opposite. I went back to them and got this reply:

“Thanks for getting in touch again! Since Checkout is embedded into the code on your website, your website’s code will need to be tailored to work on different devices. I would recommend getting in touch with your web developer to see if there’s anything that needs to be fixed to ensure the page is being displayed properly on mobile devices. The issue could also be that an Android update is needed, or that the user may need to use a different browser on their device.”

I’ll go back to them again and mention your comments. It certainly does seem to be between Android and Stripe to fix.

Thanks again. I appreciate your help.

    Hi Phil,

Heres a screenshot of one of the forms I tried this on:

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_CfKjA2NpLeZmJrRmRldzdMM2c/view?usp=sharing

As you can see, it displays a red arrow pointing to where the postal field should be, but when I try to select it, nothing happens, as if the field is just missing. Unfortunately, it wont allow you to continue if that field is empty.

I tried testing the demo on Stripes website, but unfortunately the demo form they have doesnt have the address fields in it, so it worked fine. It only seems to be affecting the forms which ask for an address, and only on some devices. I tested it on 2 different devices, and it worked fine on one, and had this problem on the other. Both devices were running KitKat 4.4.2 Android. I also tried it on the Bluestacks Android Emulator and this problem occurred, so if you want to try it yourself, you could try it from that.

I thought it might be a Stripe problem, so I sent them an email, and this is the reply I got:
“Thanks for getting in touch! This bug may be related to an update for the Android OS. I recommend that you get in touch with your developer in regards to this. Stripe is solely a payments processor and is not able to assist with coding. If the issue persists, please get back with me. Sorry for that, but if there’s anything else I could do I’d be happy to help!”

Really confused with this. For the moment I’m just telling customers to use a different device or a PC instead, but I would like to try and resolve this.

    Thanks for your help. Regards.

Thanks Phil. I wouldn’t exactly call that “resolved”, but thanks for your info anyway. I’m going to use multiple subdomains of my site for the moment, with different installs of wordpress and this plugin. It’s not ideal, but its working ok for what I need at the moment.

    Regards.
