We are making the forms through Gravity Forms plugin, which is then called via short code by calling the form’s ID.
For the blank source, I am not sure if thats default by gravity forms but on this page

the source is blank as well but didn’t return an error in the amp error scan. If this was a problem wouldn’t this occur in many more places?

The tag ‘amp-iframe’ is missing a mandatory attribute – pick one of [‘src’, ‘srcdoc’].
This line is the message sent back from running a google amp validation.
This only occurs on 11 pages but I have around 70 pages that have AMP for WP and gravity forms on it. So I do not believe that having the form on the amp version is causing this error. Do you know any solution to this?
