Did you guys fix this?
I am seeing the same issue with this. I have a theme installed with a login setup. only /wp-admin login works, as it redirects to the 2fa page. but login at frontend, that is not part of 2fa, is not redirected after login in. pressing F5 or clicking somewhere on the page, reloads with the user logged in.
