Problem solved- there is a setting I overlooked:
Use Double Opt-In (Recommended)?
Before new your subscribers are added via the plugin, they’ll need to confirm their email address.
I unchecked the box and was able to see another test address: [email protected] appear.
However, is there a way to place these subscribers into a group or customize the sign up source?
[email protected] is the email address I used and never appeared.
