Hey Jackie,
I’m sorry about this but it seems your payment is almost 9 months old.
We do offer refunds in the first 30 days after the purchase, but our payment gateway does not allow refunds after such a long time.
However, this support forum is only related to the free plugin, not the pro one.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Hey @thereviewwire,
Please try to update to the latest version and check if you still have issues.
Let me know how it goes
Hey,
It seems the callback URL field is empty -> http://prntscr.com/jxq8cp , please fill in by copy/paste your Revive Old Post dashboard URL.
For more info please check this doc -> https://docs.revive.social/article/914-how-to-create-a-twitter-application-for-revive-old-post
Hey,
it seems that Facebook is enforcing new checks for the page owners if you want to post with custom images.
There are two things for solving the issues:
1) The easy way, you need to disable from post format the post with the image and include link setting.
2) The hard way, you will need to verify the domain of your website ( the one that uses Revive Old Post for posting ) on your facebook page -> https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/domain-verificationLet me know if you need any other help.
Hey,
Please contact us on the premium dedicated channel if you are a pro user -> https://revive.social/contact and we will solve this for you. I’m sure that there is a misunderstanding down the line.
We offer here support just for the free users.
Thanks!
Hey,
Our pricing plans are yearly based, most certain if you bought 2 years ago, the license is expired, that’s why you can use it anymore.
However, you are wrong reviewing the lite plugin as a reference to the pro one, which does not make too much sense for this.
Thanks!
Hey,
Strange thing…Can you contact us at https://revive.social/support for a more in in-depth debugging?

Hey,
It seems that Facebook is enforcing some new checks for the page owners. There are two possible ways to fix this:
1) you will need to verify the domain of your website ( the one that uses Revive Old Post for posting ) on your facebook page -> https://developers.facebook.com/docs/sharing/domain-verification
2) You can disable first posting with the image ( from the post format tab ), if that does not solve the issue, you can disable the include link checkbox too.Let me know if you need any other help.
Hey Gabriel,
Yes, you were right, it should be fine now with the latest updates.
Thanks.
Hey @jointcustodyprod,
Can you change the app status to development, if the current one is public?
Thanks!
Hey @wpjuliell,
Yep, we did have this issue but in the latest v8.0.5 it should be fixed.
Let me know how is working.
thanks!
Ah @politicske,
I’m pretty confident that it should work. Would you mind drop me a not at https://revive.social/contact for a more in-depth debug analysis?
I will help you make the migration as smooth as possible.
Seems like a good idea, @abijita.
I will add this to the development pipeline but i don’t have a clear timeline when will be released.
Thanks for your feedback.
