I would suggest you follow these steps to regain access access to your site:
1. access your install directory via FTP/cPanel
2. rename the Super Simple Speed plugin folder
3. Open your root .htaccess file in which ever editor you use
4. Remove everything between “WP Super Simple Speed by WP-Superformance.com Starts” and “WP Super Simple Speed by WP-Superformance.com Ends”
5. Save your root .htaccess fileYou should now have access restored (without any internal server errors).
Once you have done this, please let me know so I can assist you in setting up our plugin without any conflict.

I am sorry you feel that this is a good enough reason for you to give our plugin a negative rating/bad review. The real question is, does the plugin work? Does it do what is outlined in the features? The answer: yes it does!
By you simply not liking the “settings” page .. does this really justify for a negative rating and a bad review? Furthermore, the plugin page (features), makes it clear that there are no settings. Here you go:
“No configuration, customization or coding needed. Simply plug in and leave”
The “big advertisement” you are referring to .. its nothing more but some text outlining what our premium version includes compared to the basic version.

I have said this several times, and will say it again. Down rating our FREE version is really not fair, especially if you are having an issue with premium. I would appreciate it if you could, however, back your review by giving us some real proof that our free version does what you are claiming.
Otherwise, please consult your invoice again. I am fairly sure that if you read correctly, you would see that the mailing address has changed. With that said, we have received absolutely no support requests from you. If we had, we would have assisted you already.

While all reviews are welcome, I would certainly appreciate a bit more clarity other than just a vague statement – such as “this allows mouse right click”. Down rating our plugin based on this … well, I don’t think that is fair at all.
Perhaps next time, instead of just posting a negative review, how about opening a support thread and ask for some assistance – give us a fair chance to look at your issue and help you resolve it.
In addition, you should start looking for the conflict coming from your end. With over 30, 000 active installations, we have NEVER had anyone report that this plugin doesn’t do what it was primarily suppose to do.

So sorry for responding to your request so late. If you are looking to protect your images only, then the image-watermark plugin would be a good choice. If however, you are looking to protect both text and images, then wp-content-copy-protection would be a good choice. If you decided to use them both, simply disable the image protect features in the image-watermark plugin.

So sorry for getting back to your request so late. This plugin does prevent the print shortcut key from being used. The browser method for printing however, is still open. For that, there is http://yooplugins.com/downloads/wp-printoflauge/
