Downloaded Firefox and everything works ok. Tried with IE and did not work so the browser is the problem. I have been having other problems using IE 11 such as when I push update the little circle goes around but nothing happens it just keeps spinning. Under Firefox that also got cured. IE 9 and IE 10 works fine so problem is in IE 11. Thank you for all your solutions.
