Thank you for your reply. I wound up using a different tool that worked right away. With that said your suggestion of “Please make sure that you are using Cloudflare and orange cloud “.. seems like it might have been helpful because I AM on Cloudflare but I did not know that the orange cloud proxy had to be enabled (i was using DNS only).
