This is 100% incorrect and not truthful. I have followed your steps, and I get sent into a loop. The ONLY chat that you have is AI driven, and it is not helpful in my case. I have a screen recording of my efforts…but I can’t attach it or contact you via email. (why do you hide your customer service email?) Would love to show this video to prove that you are watering down your customer service.
