Sorry to add on to add on to this thread, I haven’t had much luck in finding any solution on this, I’m having a mobile issue myself where attempting to submit the form – leaving all the fields empty – only results on the submit button spinning endlessly. Works fine on desktop, and tried it without a cache plugin and deactivating and reactivating everything to no avail.

Edit: Deactivating CF7 Conditional plugin again enables submission on mobile.
