I have cleared our server cachce and cloudflare cache as well and my colleague will clear its browser cache to see if that helps with the issue.

I have now updated the plugin and am asking my colleague to check if it’s working on their side.
In the meantime, I want to clarify that this is only happening with his computer and not with mine, so I don’t think it’s a version issue or an issue with compatibility.I will let you know if the update fixed this or what other options we have to explore

The conflit came from Cloudflare and after clearing its cache the problem was resolved. I was you mentioning to clear it that help me make it obvious

I believe the problem is with the theme as if I change it the problem doesnt happen but it still strange that I cant replicate it on the staging site

- I have cleared the cache and tried in incognito but not working.
- WordPress and Woocommerce are in the latest version
- I have made it so Tyl by Natwest is disabled but still not working
- Switching the theme and plugin conflict test is a bit more extreme to do as a quick diagnosis.
Is there anything I can do to have it working? I have noticed that I have now a new layout for the menu with a white background. The payment tab is the only one that is not working

Before downgrading, can you please send me a link or explain how to disconnect the current onboarding?
I just want to make sure I have all the information I need before doing this and after installing the downgraded version of the plugin can I upgrade to the latest version and keep the old layout?
