Hi Frank, well actually we’re still having the issue even though everything you suggested I look at seems fine.
Any ideas on what else could be the issue? Should I contact Stripe? This seems like a bug somewhere, whether in WooCommerce or Stripe.
Hi Frank, thank you so much for replying! I checked the Inventory settings and it was at 60 so I’ve removed the number there altogether to disable this setting. We don’t need inventory as our items our made to order essentially.
How do I check if the webhook is configured correctly? When I look at the Stripe settings, all three things listed (PAYMENT, PAYOUT, WEBHOOK) are set to Enabled.
Underneath this, it says the following:
The most recent live webhook, timestamped 2025-07-31 17:15:29 UTC, was processed successfully.. There are approximately 2 webhooks pending. RefreshAs for the Status logs, there are 36 in total with the source being either “wc_logger” or “wc_get_related_products” for almost all of them. There are two other sources – “place-order-debug-7db2165b” and “plugin-woocommerce” but neither of these logs say anything about Stripe when I click into it.
I know my way around WooCommerce, but not really a developer so I’m not sure if any of these things is related to the issue?
