On the settings page click on the name of your Twitter account (it’s not obvious that is a clickable item) and some additional options appear, including Title Prefix. That is where you can change the prefix to each of your Tweets.

I just replaced the first Paragraph with the Twitter code from
https://twitter.com/about/resources/buttons#follow
