Yes that does move the form up the page but you missed the following code
out. I need this code other wise it wont go to the checkout page it takes
the user to paypal.com/home

But I don’t know if it is anything to do with that plugin. That is what I am asking you about . I was just stating the last thing I did was install that plugin to maybe help someone solve the issue.
