Already tried deactivating plugins and changing to default theme. does not help.
I am not a technical person and I do not understand the following steps of the manual upload.
I do not understand how to delete the wp-admin and include files and go to FTP.
Please help or advise how I am deactivate my hostgator account so that I can choose some other hosting site which works with WP.
