Hello.
The issue has been resolved. Not sure how. I think that when I published the popup that that’s when it started detecting the popup. Logical, but my expectations of the test were that it’d be able to test the popup before publishing it.
In any case, this can be closed. Thank you.

I got my account confirmed and it said that it’s 55% complete. I wouldn’t like to enter my address on it just yet. Also, I tried testing the popup again, and it didn’t work.

I cleared the cache, and I do have “Your account is connected!” and “WooCommerce is currently connected to OptinMonster with the following key:” active on OptinMonster settings. So I should be good there.
Though I am not sure what is the “Account Setup Email” you are referring to. My OptinMonster and WooCommerce admin email are different, not sure if that matters.
