Plugin is great but email box doesn’t disappear when entering email. Tried disabling all plugins/caches… Any ideas?

UPDATE – managed to find (easy actually) and logged in and changed it. Now I’m getting database connection error. So, that wasn’t as smooth as I anticipated.
