Hi there,
Thanks a lot for the help. I can edit that file but not being hugely familiar with PHP my issue is that I am unsure how to call and display the vacancy reference field in the notification email.
I added the field to the default feature list through the job features tab in settings if that helps narrow it down. The field itself is called Vacancy Reference.
I would be very grateful for any help getting this to display in my email notifications or any other advice on telling 2 vacancies apart when an applicant applies.

Ah, thanks a lot for this. Updating the permalinks worked perfectly for getting the jobs to show.
I was also under the impression that http://www.jamesgrayrecruitment.com/?wpbb=broadbean would be where the posted jobs were listed but I see now they display under http://www.jamesgrayrecruitment.com/jobs/.
