In reply to: After trying to upload photo site crashesBit more intel – sometimes the photo will start to load – get to somewhere around 60 – 80% and then crash. Sometimes crashed immediately.

In reply to: After upgrade to 3.1 – can't access siteThe only thing that worked was completely reuploading everything but the wp-content directory and the wp-config.php files. Thanks for the tip so I didn’t lose my content. BUT was a ridiculous exercise to put 3.1 out there causing so much grief for so many people!

Thanks for the quick reply. If I re-upload will I wipe out my database? Foolishly don’t have a backup of that on my machine.
I did review that link you mentioned but all the “repairs” mentioned there seem to need ftp access.
