Yep, that is the plugin I used. worked well, easy to use. No issues since rolling back.
I was on Yoast 3.0.1, but I used the WP Rollback to go back to 2.3.5. Seems to have fixed the problem, unfortunately.
I really liked Yoast. Please let me know when your plugin is fixed.
Never mind, figured it out. It was an issue with the size of favicon images I uploaded (too big). Deleted them from the library and everything works.
