Having the exact same problem with another theme. Using no other plugins. :/
on my site.. http://www.ryanglenn.com , it seems I just come back and randomly it has reverted back to the default theme. I really have no idea what is causing it, but it happens to the to all of the pages categories.
I’m having the same problem… so any help/tips to fix the issue would be great.
