Some people may not like the sub-pages acquiring the parent pages header image, so I would not do that by default. It could be added as another extension plugin though perhaps.

You are presumably experiencing some other sort of bug.

Once you have found it, post a URL to the plugin here (if it’s a paid plugin, then I’ll need you to upload the plugin somewhere for me to download).
Once you’ve done that, I’ll take a look for you and figure out what is causing the problem.

BTW, you don’t need the taxonomy plugin any more. That was required before WordPress version 4.4, when taxonomy terms were rolled into WordPress core.

In reply to: [Unique Headers] Header for all posts within a categoryThe taxonomy meta plugin does not work with WordPress 4.4 unfortunately. It’s also not needed with WordPress 4.4 though thankfully as that functionality as been bundled into WordPress core.
I’m not sure what could be causing this. Are you using WordPress 4.4, single posts 1.4 and Unique Headers 1.4.8?
