Thanks for the explanation. I was confused about the Home caching option as well, this thread answered my confusion. Hence my sites was lately being indexed due to this option.
My suggestion is, can you change the description a bit so people will have a better understanding.
i.e.
Select this option to disable home caching / Unselect to cache the homepage.

I’m having a conflic with WPML as well.
When the permalink tweaker is activated /category/mycat to be /mycat (SEO Ultimate) and parameter language /?lang=xx (WPML), the taxonomy would be 404 not found.
Is there any way to fix this?
