I had all the settings marked Recommended enabled for WP Super Cache, along with the other preset settings enabled.

I uninstalled WP Super Cache and installed W3 Total Cache, the shopping cart now works as expected.

Had a similar problem with the facebook like not registering. Used lint and realized it was because the site is password protected.
