Sorry… any body else can help me??
or do any body found out what make error??i already try the way u say like change the theme to default and disable all other plugin.. but also not work as well..
this is my customer web so i need he permission first then only can pass the ftp and admin account thing to ur… so currently i can’t submit ticket first…

I have try to change and update the theme twenty Ten to latest version to test it out but it still having the same problem at all..
did you have any other suggestion??
