Okay, I found a quick (and hard coded) way to solve it:
In the plugin folder open “includes” -> “class-job-view-single.php”
In line 866 change the_post_thumbnail('job-image'); to the_post_thumbnail('full');
This is neither a recommended nor update-safe way to do, of course.
I’d also like that. Preferably with a parameter in the shortcode like [shariff design=”default-small”]

Confirmed – I can’t edit the content of HTML widgets neither in the page widgets (it does work in the non-page-specific widgets).
A tiny fix would be much appreciated!
