Hi there, thanks for the reply. Apologies I should have updated this post, I played around withe the 3 plugins and managed to get it working as required with the correct html formatting – so the problem is resolved.

I’m not sure what was causing the problem in the first place – I just started from scratch again and got it working.

I am unable to set my website live at the moment as we are a couple of months away from launch yet.
