Apologies for this. The person replying was new to the support team and was trying to help resolve the issue quickly, but I understand now that asking for admin or server access on the forums is against policy.
We’ve reviewed the guidelines internally and this will not be repeated again. Going forward, we will handle troubleshooting publicly on the forums and use the recommended debugging methods instead.

We have reviewed your site and found that there is some CSS of row that is conflicting with the header and that CSS is not coming from our plugin.
However to fix the issue kindly replace the following CSS in the path and line number below.
Path : simple-job-board\public\css\simple-job-board-public.css
CSS:
.sjb-page .row {
margin-left: -15px;
margin-right: -15px;
display: block;
}
And to remove the Attach Resume field from the application form, you have to customize the code or you can visit our site https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/simple-job-board/ and look for “How To Apply” addon that will provide you the option to remove the resume field.

The special characters was removed from the input as it may cause the vulnerability, but in our latest update we fixed this and allowed the special characters.
Kindly confirm you are using the latest update of Simple Job Board.

There is no short code for the single jobs that can be open in Elementor, if you want to design the single job page with the Elementor then there are two possibilities that are listed below.
First you can customize the code according to your requirements.
Else you can visit our plugin page “https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/simple-job-board/” and there you can find a relevant addon “Job Board Add-on for Elementor” that helps in designing the listing and detail page.
