Yes, this happened to me yesterday, and I have been going crazy trying to figure out what is wrong. i have tried database backups, reinstalling WP, reinstalling Customizr, disabiling all my plugins, flushing the caches, all to no avail.
It appears that the data structure of the options has changed – the sliders no longer seem to be defined in the tc_theme_options entry of the wp_options table, which would explain why simply trying to impose a database backup on it doesn’t seem to work. My question would be what went wrong with the process to update the data model and how can we easily fix it instead of having to go back and individually change every setting?
Also having the same error. Please fix, this is a disaster.
