There is a youtube link as soon as I change the theme it starts working. right now I changed the theme and its working but doesn’t work with my theme 🙁

OKay so basically in another forum some awesome person pointed me to right direction that when themes are converted to WordPress. these kind of links are replaced with <?php the_permalink(); ?> tags and then they work like charm..
