    1. You have answered after only your payment gate was informed about this situation.

    2. I have never chosen any kind of auto renewal options. Never ever. I have tons of yearly subscriptions for other plugins, but 100% of them ask me before charging something. Nobody takes my money without my permission. This is supposed to be a sort of fraudulence. And “the product name on the final checkout page is “TranslatePress Business – Yearly”” does not allow you to take my money without my permission.

    3. Your payment gate system answered that it would take about 14 days (two weeks) to get my money back. Because the bank card is in another currency, I will lose exchange rates for two times.

    4. My tickets answered every time? For sure, I can provide the logs of your answers. I used this plugin for a client’s site. On the 2nd of November, 2019, I created a ticket. The last reply from you was on the 18th of December, 2019. And the problem was never solved by your support team. Each reaction took about 5-7 days, and, actually, it took one and half of the month to get nothing. I had to hire freelance developers to solve the problem in your plugin. Yes, in the code of your plugin. If WordPress’s administration is interested in proofs, I can provide all of the ticket answers and the changes made to the code of the plugin to make it work.

    So, I hope this information will be useful for anyone who thinks about buying this plugin.
