I’ve just made a fresh clean installation that I’m still working on now (since I made the other one crash…).
And it already has this moving top bar.
I haven’t made any changes other than in the personalize section. Haven’t touched the coding (yet).
Haven’t installed any plugins or whatever.
It’s so highly annoying!

P.S. Strangely enough it doesn’t do it in the preview screen!

The link that you gave me helped me to fix the issue on the tablet and phones.
However, disabling plugins didn’t resolve the top menu problem.
It even does the same on the mobile units!
